Nathan Carter
Nathan has more than 30 years experience in the earthwork industry. He has overseen multiple projects from new landfill construction , storm water installation, and civil engineering. He has managed multimillion dollar projects with 15 of those years in stream restoration, restoring streams to their natural state using river morphology applications.
Steve Carter
Steve Carter has more than 50 years experience in the earthwork industry. He has been serving the construction needs of the community and has built a relationship with Rockingham and Guilford county soil and water departments as well as a strong working relationship with the NC Dept of Agriculture over the last 30 years cutting waterways, rehabilitating existing dams and spillways etc. He also has many years experience providing construction needs in the civil engineering department
